ZStays Hospitality LLP, under the brand name "ZStays", values your privacy. In this Privacy Policy ("Policy"), we describe the information that we collect about you when you visit our website www.zstays.co.in and use the services available on the Website ("Services"), and how we use and disclose that information. The Website and Mobile Applications are collectively referred to as the "Platform".

This Policy is accessible on this page and is subject to the ZStays Terms of Use. Your use of the Website and/or Services and any personal information you provide on the Platform remains subject to the terms of this Policy and ZStays's Terms of Use.

A. Collection of Your Personal Information

"Personal information" is defined to include information that whether on its own or in combination with other information may be used to readily identify or contact you, such as name, address, email address, phone number, and similar details.

The type of personal information that we collect from you varies based on your particular interaction with our Website. Personal information collected shall include but is not limited to your name, gender, age, account password, postal address, phone number, email address, contact preferences, ID proof (PAN, Passport, Aadhar, Voter ID etc.), bank account, credit card or debit card details, proof of employment, proof of educational background, and other information that would assist us in verifying your identity.

We may also collect personal information that you post in your profile, requests or feedback, and any comments or discussions you post in any blog, chat room, or other correspondence site on the Platform. ZStays reserves the right to record conversations and correspondences between Platform users. Chat or messaging logs and call recordings may be used to monitor and prohibit abuse, safeguard user rights, resolve disputes, and for related lawful purposes.

If we deem it necessary, in our sole and absolute discretion, we may also ask for and collect supplemental information from third parties, such as information about your credit from a credit bureau to the extent permitted by law, or information to verify any identification details you provide during registration.

You undertake that your personal information shall at all times be accurate, complete, and up to date. We shall make reasonable efforts to provide you with the opportunity to request correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. We may decline requests that are contrary to this Policy, Platform Terms and Conditions or applicable laws, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or are extremely impractical.

You may at times be permitted to log into our Platform through your other social networking accounts. If you do so, you must enter the email address and password that you use for such social networking accounts. We may ask that you grant us permission to access and collect your basic information, including your name, profile picture, gender, networks, user IDs, list of friends, date of birth, email address, and any other information you have set to public on your account. If you allow access to this information, we may retain this information even if you later choose not to make that information public.

We store the information that we receive from such social networking sites with other information that we collect from you or receive about you. Such social networking sites control the information they collect from you. Please consult the respective social networking sites' privacy policies for information about how they use and disclose your information.

3. Automatic Information, Cookies and Tracking Devices

We and our third-party service providers, including ad networks, use Cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about your use of our Platform and Services, such as browser type, ISP or operating system, domain name, access time, previous website URL, page views, IP address, and device type. We also track how frequently you visit our Platform and use our Services.

We use this information for Website analytics, determining relevant advertising, evaluating advertising campaigns, improving the Platform, and as otherwise described in this Policy. We may obtain your device ID, which is sent to ZStays's servers and used in fraud prevention efforts.

Clear GIFs, Pixel Tags and Other Technologies

Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to Cookies. We may use clear GIFs, web beacons, web bugs, or pixel tags in connection with our Platform to track visitor activities, manage content, and compile Platform usage statistics. We and our third-party service providers may also use clear GIFs in HTML emails to track response rates, identify when emails are viewed, and track whether emails are forwarded.

You acknowledge that some entities and/or countries where we may transfer your personal information may not comply with data protection policies as stringent as the laws of India or the policies followed by ZStays. Such information may include name, email, mobile number, and other information capable of identifying you, except sensitive personal information as defined under applicable law. ZStays does not endorse third-party use of personal information for illegal purposes.

From time to time, ZStays may use personal information for new and unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in this Privacy Policy. If our information practices change regarding information previously collected, ZStays shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice and obtain consent for such uses as may be required by law.

Your registration on the Platform shall be deemed to be your consent to be contacted for the purposes mentioned above on the mobile number shared by you, even if you are registered with the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR), and by way of SMS, email notifications, or messages in any other electronic form.

C. Electronic Newsletters, Invitations, Polls and Surveys

1. Electronic Newsletters

We may offer a free electronic newsletter to users. We will gather the email addresses of users who sign up for the newsletter mailing list. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by opting out during registration, following the unsubscribe link provided in each newsletter, or changing their preferences in their Profile Settings page.

2. "Send to a Friend"

Our Platform users can voluntarily choose to electronically forward a link, page, or document to someone else. The user's email address is used only in the case of transmission errors and to let the recipient know who sent the email. The information is not used for any other purpose.

3. Polling

We may offer interactive polls to users so they can share opinions with other users and see what our audience thinks about important issues, Services, and/or the Platform. Opinions or responses to polls are aggregated and are not identifiable to any particular user.

D. Security

ZStays may use encryption, passwords, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. No security measures, however, are 100% complete. Therefore, we do not promise and cannot guarantee that your personal information or private communications will not be collected and used by others.

You should protect against unauthorized access to your password, phone, and computer by signing off after using a shared computer, choosing a robust password, and keeping your login and password private. ZStays is not responsible for unauthorized use of your information, lost or compromised passwords, or activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.

E. Disclosure

1. Information Disclosed to Protect Us and Others

We may disclose your information, including personal information, if ZStays reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process or governmental requirements, mitigate liability, enforce this Policy or our terms and conditions, investigate or prevent unauthorized transactions or illegal activities, or protect our rights or property or the rights or property of any person or entity.

2. Information Disclosed to Third-Party Service Providers and Business Partners

We may contract with third parties for provision and maintenance of the Platform, Services, and business operations. ZStays may need to share personal information, Cookie-generated data, and aggregate information with these vendors and service agencies. Vendors and service agencies will not receive any right to use your personal information beyond what is necessary to perform their obligations.

3. Disclosure to Non-Affiliated Third Parties in Furtherance of Your Request

Your request for services may be shared with third-party websites with whom we have a contractual relationship to provide your request with maximum exposure. Such posts may include details of your request, location, and contact details.

4. Disclosure to Other Users of Our Website

Comments that users post to our Platform will be available to other visitors to our Platform. We may also post survey results in aggregate form on our Platform.

5. Information Disclosed to Law Enforcement or Government Officials

We will disclose your information, including name, city, state, telephone number, email address, user ID history, quoting and listing history, and fraud complaints, to law enforcement or other government officials if required by law, regulation, government authority, or in cooperation with an investigation.

6. Change of Control or Bankruptcy

In the event that ZStays undergoes a change in control, including merger, sale of all or substantially all assets, or corporate reorganization, ZStays reserves the right to transfer information collected from Platform and/or Services users to the successor entity.

In the event of bankruptcy, reorganization, receivership, assignment for the benefit of creditors, or application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, ZStays may not be able to control how your information is transferred, used, or treated and reserves the right to transfer information collected from users to non-affiliated third parties.

7. Information Disclosed at Your Request

We may share your personal information with other users or third parties to whom you explicitly ask us to send your information, or if you explicitly consent to such disclosure upon receipt of a specific Service.

F. Links to External Websites

The Platform may contain links to other websites or resources over which ZStays does not have control. Such links do not constitute an endorsement by ZStays. We are not responsible for the content, protection, or privacy practices of external websites. Your use of any external website is subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of that external website.

G. Updating, Deleting and Correcting Your Personal Information

You can review, correct, and delete your personal information by emailing us at connect@zstays.co.in. You must promptly contact us if your personal information changes or is inaccurate. Upon your request, we may close your account and remove your personal information from view as soon as reasonably possible based on your account activity and applicable law.

We retain information from closed accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist investigations, enforce our terms and conditions, and take other actions permitted by law that we deem necessary. Once you publicly post a request, offer, comment, feedback, or other information on the Platform, you may not be able to change or remove it.

H. Choices Regarding Use of Personal Information

We may send periodic promotional or informational emails to you. You may opt out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process opt-out requests. If you opt out of promotional emails, we may still send emails about your account or any Services you have requested or received from us.

I. Third-Party Ad Networks

We participate in third-party ad networks that may display advertisements on other websites based on your visits to our Platform and other websites. Third-party ad network providers, advertisers, sponsors, and traffic measurement services may use Cookies, JavaScript, web beacons, Flash LSOs, and other technologies to measure ad effectiveness and personalize advertising content. K. Password

Your password is the key to your account. When creating your password, you should use unique numbers, letters, special characters, and combinations thereof. Do not disclose your password to anyone. If you share your password or personal information with others, you are solely responsible for all actions taken through your account. If your password has been compromised for any reason, you must immediately notify ZStays to change your password.

L. User Generated Content

We invite you to post content on our Platform, including comments, feedback, pictures, and any other information you would like to make available. If you post content to our Platform, all information that you post will be available to visitors. Your posting may become public, and ZStays cannot prevent such information from being used in a manner that may violate this Policy, the law, or your personal privacy.
